As an Utility Operator you will:
Inspect parts for quality issue
Check finish parts for defects and damage
Ability to perform quality checks to meet quality standards
Have the ability to determine an acceptable part from a nonconforming part
Follow established practices and procedures

Required qualifications for an Utility Operator:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of industrial experience
Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, plus gauges, etc.
Skilled in performing detailed work with high degree of quality and accuracy
Must demonstrate safe work practices, work with limited supervision and communicate with coworkers, manager, and other departments
Maintain poise and respond in a professional and respectful manner to all situations

As a Quality Assurance Technician you will:
Perform visual inspection of finished product
Work with the quality team to establish and review quality documents
Program and operate a CMM (Coordinated Measuring Machine)
Operate measuring tools and devices such as height gauges, OD/ID gauges, calipers, micrometers, and ball mics
Have working knowledge to accept or reject products based on company standards

Required qualifications for a Quality Assurance Technician:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of industrial experience
Understanding of ISO 9001 and Plex a Plus
Skilled in performing detailed work with high degree if quality and accuracy
Must demonstrate safe work practice, work with limited supervision and communicate with coworkers, manager and other departments

As a Secondary Ops Technician you will:
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers and plug gauges
Operate and tend to lathe machines by loading collator and separating scrap
Run brass casings through various loading procedures while producing quality parts
Maintain cleanliness in and around work area
Perform mechanical adjustments and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot deficiencies or malfunctions to determine causes of nonconforming part production

Required qualifications for a Secondary Ops Technician:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have strong mechanical ability to be a successful Secondary Ops Technician
Skilled in performing detailed work with high degree of quality and accuracy
Must demonstrate safe work practices, work with limited supervision and communicate with coworkers, manager and other departments

– Maintain cleanliness in and around press and work area including debris, scrap, and gauges
– Perform press mechanical adjustments and preventative maintenance
– Troubleshoot deficiencies or malfunctions to determine causes of nonconforming part production

Required qualifications for a Press Technician:
