The long-distance focused HUNT LR™ features both premium Super Shock Tip™ (SST®) and V-MAX® projectiles. The SST® versions offer a hard polymer tip, which upon impact, drives into the lead core like a wedge, initiating instant and dependable expansion for maximum shock transfer. The V-MAX® versions have a precise, flat shooting ballistic-tipped projectile that dramatically expands and fragments on impact across a wide engagement range.
Our more traditional HUNT SP™ will feature InterLock® Soft Point projectiles that retain more mass and energy for deep penetration and large consistent wound channels.
HUNT Cu™ features premium lead-free tipped and non-tipped expanding solid copper projectiles that provide more impact trauma, better energy transfer and larger wound cavities for faster knockdown.
